What services do you offer?

As of right now, we offer mobile automotive oil changes.

What state and area do you service?

We service the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex in Texas. We also service some of the surrounding cities

Will Upick be available in other states

Yes! We are working to open new service areas in major cities around the country. Some other service areas will be Houston-TX, Autsin-TX, San Antonio-TX, Los Angels-CA, Atlanta-GA, Little Rock-AR, Phoenix-AZ, and others

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards. We require payment at the time of booking.

How far in advance do I have to book my appointment?

All appointments should be book 12 hours in advance.

What brand oil do you use?

We have partnerships with Mobil and Pennzoil. Both brands are reputable brands that provide great lubrication and protection for your engine.

What brand oil filter do you use?

We use several different oil filter brands. Our main oil filters are: Service Champ, FRAM, and STP

Do you provide high mileage oil changes?

We no longer offer high mileage oil changes. However, our full synthetic oil change provides great protection for cars with low or high mileage.

Can I provide my own oil and filter?

Most definitely! When you book your appointment select “BYOO”. This means “Bring Your Own Oil”.

How do I find out how many cylinders my vehicle has?

One option is to look in your vehicle manual. You can also use the cylinder lookup link below to get your cylinder size. Once your vehicle information comes up, go to the “vehicle specification” section. The engine number of cylinders will be there. Cylinder count link

How do i find out my cylinder count with a paper tag?

You can use the AutoZone vin decoder to get your cylinder count. Simply, click on the AutoZone link below and put in your entire vin. You can get your vin from the driverside door or from the windshield on the driverside. Please see the example locations for help locating the vin. AutoZone Link

Do I need to do anything on the day of my appointment?

Once your appointment has been booked, you will receive confirmation via email or text. You will also receive an email or text reminder the day of your appointment. To make your appointment run smoothly, we just ask that you pop your hood and put on the emergency brake.
